Report something on a tribute
If something is wrong with a specific tribute (an inaccuracy, inappropriate content, or a privacy concern), use the 'Report' link at the bottom of that tribute. That gets it to the right place directly.
Deletion request or privacy question
Want a tribute about you or a loved one removed? Or have a GDPR-related question? Email us. We respond within five working days.
Why no phone number?
We're deliberately reachable only by email. The conversations here are often about loss, about names still barely legible on a gravestone, about a date that weighs heavy on a day. Email gives both sides room: you can write when you have the words, we can read when we can be quiet with it.
We're a small, family-run project. A phone number would mean someone has to be available to pick up. We'd rather read every message carefully than rush through it. We usually reply within a few days.
Good questions deserve a calm answer. Email just suits that better.
TributeMap is an independent Dutch initiative. We work without ads or third-party trackers, only with the care that fits what is shared here.
