Partner programme

A lasting digital memorial place for your clients.

For funeral directors and pet crematoria.

Your clients leave the funeral or cremation with a temporary page that quickly fades. TributeMap gives them a lasting digital memorial place on an interactive map, with photos, videos, stories and replies. All data within the EU, every tribute is moderated in advance, and the platform is working towards a foundation for long-term continuity. You integrate it in a few minutes into your own client communication without managing any technology.

Three reasons to become a partner

Lasting value for your clients

Your clients get a memorial with 5 years (Premium), 50 years (Memoriam) or lifetime (Permanent) visibility instead of a temporary web page. Tributes are geographically linked to a meaningful place and can be connected into a life-course network. That strengthens your brand long after the funeral.

No technical work

You get a simple link or QR code with your own branding. We handle technology, hosting, GDPR compliance, content moderation (four-layer model with automated scan plus human review), and all client communication around the tribute. You don't have to maintain anything.

EU-only and moderated

All data with European providers in the EU. Every tribute is checked before it goes public. Continuity is secured through a future foundation with independent governance and a continuity fund. Something you can recommend to clients without worry.

How it works

  1. You integrate a link or QR code

In the farewell brochure, on the funeral card, in the mail after the service, or in your own web environment. We deliver ready-made materials with your logo and house style.

  2. The client creates the memorial themselves

In a few minutes with guided steps. The tribute page visibly shows it was created via your channel ("Offered by [your name]"), with your logo and a short mention.

  3. You receive overview and commission

Monthly dashboard with memorials created via your channel, their tier choice, and the corresponding revenue-share commission.

What does revenue share mean in practice?

A bereaved person coming in via your channel choosing a Memoriam tribute (€99): you receive 30% (Partner) or 35% (Partner Plus) of that €99. That applies to every new paid tribute via your channel, plus on later Premium renewals.

Concrete calculation

At 50 bereaved per year (~1 per week) converting to paid tributes with market-average tier mix:

  • Partner package (€0/year, 30%): gross revenue share approximately €1,080 per year
  • Partner Plus package (€600/year, 35%): gross revenue share approximately €1,260, net after annual fee €660 per year

Plus the non-monetary value: aftercare image towards your clients, client retention via anniversary mailings around tribute dates, and lasting visibility of your name on every shared tribute.

Why does this work for your clients?

  • Tribute connections: tributes can be linked into a spider-web structure with chronology. A life spread on the map instead of a static text page.
  • Three tier choices suit every wallet and every degree of permanence.
  • Memorial book PDF as download with every paid tribute, so your clients also have a printable version.
  • QR code for a physical memorial place (bench, gravestone, memorial tree), linking through to the online tribute.
  • Anniversary mails: around the tribute date we automatically send a reminder to the owner and followers.

Continuity as a sales argument

TributeMap is actively working towards an independent foundation that will take over the domain name and platform in the long run. Goal: continuity well beyond the founder, so the platform doesn't depend on an individual. A continuity fund is being built up so that annual infrastructure costs remain covered through investment returns over the long term.

For your clients this means: the tribute you recommend to them today is still online twenty or thirty years from now. For you it means: a sales argument that purely profit-driven competitors don't have.

For funeral chains or organisations with API questions

For funeral chains or large organisations wishing to integrate TributeMap into their own client system (CRM integration, API access, custom domain): contact us for a custom quote. Not standard in Partner or Partner Plus.
